Hi rory-london,

Welcome to the community.

My Dell Downloads is designed to work only with Internet Explorer. Hence reset IE to defaults (Click on Start - Internet Options - Advanced - Reset to Default settings).

Please use this link to install My Dell downloads : https://smartsource.dell.com/

If the above steps still doesn’t work please click the link below to download the Dell Digital Delivery Reset Tool. Once you click on it you can "save as" to your desktop; click to run: Dell Digital Delivery Reset Tool

These are the steps to reinstall the Entire Dell Digital Delivery Program:

-- First, confirm that the Dell Digital Delivery application is not installed. From the Windows Start menu, click All Programs then Dell.
-- If Dell Digital Delivery is displayed, select it to launch the application.
-- If the Dell Digital Delivery application is not installed on your computer, and you need it to reinstall other software you purchased, it can be downloaded and installed from the Dell Support Website.
-- Click Drivers and Downloads then enter your computer's service tag to find the Dell Digital Delivery application.

Thanks & Regards

Hello.

Thank you for your help. However, this has not solved the problem.

I think the main issue is that I need to download the Dell Digital Delivery application that came pre-installed as part of the system. This is a brand new NEW XPS15 (I received it from you yesterday.)

Due to issues trying to download Photoshop Elements - I uninstalled the Digital Delivery application from add/remove programmes - with the intention of re-installing it.

However, I cannot find a link to install this again.

The links that you provided just took me to the drivers and downloads section. But there was no Dell Download Delivery application there for me to download.

Selecting another application (such as Cyberlink DVD) seems to install a Digital Delivery application, but this must be some form of activex control as it is not installed to the system and does not contain the Photoshop or Premiere packages for me to download.

I am using IE9.

Please can you help by sending me the link to the application that I am after? This is really frustrating to what has been a good experience so far.

I also do not see the Photoshop or Premier applications in my account either.

I hope you can help me.

Thanks in advance,

Rory

Hello.

Unfortunately that link does not work for me - both in chrome and IE. Get a connection problem.

I have, however, already tried a reset file that I downloaded from a similar thread on here and that had no effect either.

I think I need to have the Dell Digital Delivery software installed on my system for the reset to work. Is there any way you can send both these files to me please?

Thanks for your help.

Rory

Looks like I have a similar problem to Rory - a brand new XPS, with Dell Digital Delivery telling me I have no connection to the Internet. It has not behaved the way it should from Day one, i.e. I never got any screen messages to say it was there. I had to discover it for myself. Before I download it again from the link above, do I have to uninstall the one that came with the XPS?

My XPS installed Adobe Premiere Elements properly but when it tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements, it cannot even download it. It has been trying for 3 weeks. I have uninstalled Dell Digital Delivery and reinstalled it and I still have the same issue.
