Well, it's not a "Dell" problem. Without being at your computer and actually seeing what all you have installed it's hard to say or troubleshoot. The only ones that SHOULD know the program and all the intracacies is Gamefly.
One suggestion, download the free version of Revo Uninstaller program. Uninstall using Revo as it will find left over registry and other files and allow you to uninstall them. Then RESTART the PC before reinstalling the Gamefly client. If you just uninstall then reinstall without restarting the PC the same problems can still be there. No guarantee this will help but worth a try.
Also consider reposting on the Gaming section of the forum. That would have been the most applicable forum section.

Thank you for the response I'll try the Gaming section, I didn't explore around too much and I'll try the uninstaller you suggested.
