Roxio DE 10.3 will not install dell1015patch4
I have roxio creator DE 10.3 installed. when i do a check update it says it found a critical update :
Roxio Creator DE 10.3 Important Update for Dell - Nov 2009 *
I downloaded the update and tried to install it but it says software not found.
Nothing I do installs it.

I'm having the same issue as well.
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Software: Roxio Creator DE 10.3
When performing Help > Check for updates...
I notice the following Critical Update:
Critical Update Title: Roxio Creator DE 10.3 Important Update for Dell - Nov 2009
Critical Update Date: 2009-11-01
Critical Update Size: 1.5 MB
Critical Update Description: This non-security update helps resolve various issues found in Roxio Creator DE 10.3. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
Whe attempting I'm receiving a message stating "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher. Please see screenshot of actual window.
It turns out that when I downloaded the program, it did not completely download. In fact, it only downloaded 3K out of 1.14 MB. I suspect the issue had to do with my company's firewall.
