RoxioBurn

Roxioburn does not start up when I insert a disc. I can't find the version of Roxio, it came with the desktop. Inspiron Desktop 570 Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition(64bit)

If your having problems with it, then get rid of it, and download IMGBURN which is miles better than Roxio.

I didn't want to say it on your other post, but since someone else has, I agree that Roxio can be problems.  I dumped Roxio about 5 years ago in favor of Nero.  I have the reference imgburn but have only used it for a couple if iso type discs. 

There is another free program that sort of looks like the older Roxio,  CDBurnerXP  HERE   

As far as autostart when you insert a disc, you must be referring to the Roxio "drag to disc".  But that is a "packet writing" method program and that should be avoided as it is the least reliable method of burning discs.
