SP1 Outlook 2003 update missing network path

I'm trying to install the service pack for Outlook 2003 (SP1) but it needs the following file MSBCM.msi which it seems to think it's on a network path.  I guess this is from when the laptop was built by Dell.  Is there some way around this?

It wouldn't have anything to do with Dell's installation. Dell installs only part of Office 2003 anyway. You should check out your Office cd for more programs and tools. Putting the Office cd in the drive might help with the installation of sp1. Are you sure you even need SP1? Go to Office update site and let it scan your computer for necessary updates. http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/default.aspx

Well, I would use the CD but Dell didn't supply me with any, hence the problem.
