The Diagnostics Control attempted to launch an application and the process failed to start.

Venue Pro 8 unable to run diagnostic tests. Get to 'running diagnostics' step 5 and get error in subject. Have occasional issues that I would like to troubleshoot using Dell diagnostics BTW Not very impressed with this thing.. sad to say
