This keeps popping up on me. Then proceeds to auto download. I've deleted it from the app, control panel, and from going manually into the computers files where i check everything and nothing works. Almost every time i turn on my computer, "Dell Digital Delivery" pops up auto downloading my "purchases". I didn't buy anything. Why will this program not stay OFF my computer?
I haven't been bothered by it in months, after I went into the Services widget and set the FastAccess service to "disabled." While you're there, so the same for any of the other Dell bloatware.
It may not be technically malware, but it operates as malware. This is a bad move for the company because it makes it an annoyance rather than a piece of valuable software that can be taken seriously.
I've uninstalled this garbage 10 times already and it keeps coming back via the stupid Windows updates that are forced upon us every week..
I thought I followed the instructions closely, but it just downloaded and installed again! So this time, I disabled its startup option in Services. Hope that will work.
This works, but Dell Digital Delivery Service decided that I still wanted this program and re-installed it. Could you people PLEASE learn how to ask if we want things instead of giving them to us? And can you please tell me how to uninstall Digital Delivery so I don't have to repeat this process over and over again?
I think I have followed the instructions given on this page and it keeps re-installing. There are several reasons I don't want it. When I surrendered to the constant prompts and enabled it, the light next to the camera would come on at strange times and stay on. I would have to reboot to get the camera light to turn off. Plus I already have a fantastic password program. why would I want to start storing passwords all over again? and I don't like having to go through an extra step to log in because of a screen that makes me choose between entering a password or using fast acess. Why gant dell just fix the uninstall routine or issue an app to permanently remove this bloat ware.
Hi Agathos777- If the FastAccess software continues to automatically reinstall after following the steps outlined above, uninstalling the Dell digital delivery program will definitely stop it from automatically reinstalling again.

Delete the Dell digital delivery program:
1. Open Control Panel
2. Select Programs and Features
3. Locate the Dell digital delivery entry and double-click on it
4. Confirm to uninstall- Press the “Yes” button
5. Accept all of the prompts during uninstall
6. Restart PC
Next, uninstall FastAccess:
1. Open Control Panel
2. Select Programs and Features
3. Locate the FastAccess entry and double-clickon it
4. FastAccess installer/setup box will show- Press the next button
5. Select the “Remove all config files”- Press next button
I've used it for six months--trying whatever I could to make it work. It just doesn't work; it causes too many problems and interferes with too many processes. I gave up today and finally uninstalled it. (It might work better if I had more RAM.) Fortunately, elsewhere in this thread is the magical element required to keep the thing uninstalled (by removing the exe in the Dell program files install folder. I just added a bak ext on to the end of it in case I change my mind or get more RAM). Now, finally!, I can log in to my computer whenever any other little process happens to be going on in the background.
Nonsense. Any program that keeps coming back is malware. If I don't want it - I don't want it.
After all the complaints about this annoying software, one would think that Dell and Sensible Vision would have come up with a permanent solution. Not a solution whereby we have to hack around to uninstall. I also do not think I should have to contact anyone to uninstall. Just use the native windows install features. That is what they are there for.
As a result of this, I have also uninstalled Dell Digital Delivery, which I also now regard as MALWARE.

Ok, I've done all of this except I can't uninstall it without a disk. How do I remove it?
