XPS 8700 With Photoshop Elements and Premiere 11

I order an XPS 8700 which was supposed to come with Elements and Premiere 11 but they weren't installed.  I installed the digital download program but it says my software is up to date.  My invoice list them but I have no idea how I'm suppose to get or install them.  Any ideas?
