keyboard shortcuts for powerpoint commands
Is it possible to assign and change keyboard shortcuts for commands/actions in PowerPoint (Office 2002/XP)? Specifically, I want to change Group from CtlShiftG to e.g CtlG (or at least a combo of less than 3 keys, preferably close together and memorable); Ungroup to e.g. CtlR. (I realise these combos are already taken for other things whose shortcuts would be lost) + Would like to be able to assign shortcuts to Align commands (these have none in the default software) - possible?Have tried following instructions from Help, but I'm not sure if they were referring to this exact issue, seemed obscure, didn't work.

The only way I know of doing this is by using something like this Shortcut Manager for powerpoint.

Thanks, TAJ.
(I might try the trial offer, but not sure I want to spend $25 to keep it!)

I've got to agree, that the standard 3 finger shortcut for grouping, is hardly a shortcut!
I tend to create my own toolbar...and add the "group" and "un-group" button to that toolbar, along with a load of other stuff, such as "send to back", rotate, insert picture from file, line spacing...etc.etc
Cheers
