microsoft Outlook Web Access

Question

After installing Windows Vista on my laptop I can no longer enter any text in the text box when using Outlook Web Access to create an e-mail.  I receive a little red 'x' in a small box in the upper left hand corner.  I thought it may be caused by the added security of Vista so I shut down the Windows Firewall.  I've also tried enabling all my Active X settings under security, and looked at the microsoft troubleshooting page for outlook (2003), none of which worked.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Install the latest version of Java, and add your corporate webmail website to your trusted zone in Internet Explorer.
