software to edit DVD
I have a DVD that is not protected comprising of 28 chapters (usual VOB files etc). I can copy it obviously. However, I would like to copy selected chapters and make a new DVD. What software is available to do this please?

You can try the Windows Live Movie Maker HERE Otherwise I don't know of any free software.

what you need to do is not merely copy but RE-AUTHOR a DVD
