updating bios

I want to update the bios of my Dell inspiron 7537 (old update 2015 i guess) because i saw that it was recommended. When i wanted to update it, command prompt started and said that i needed to install intel ME driver. I guess that would be the Intel Management Engine Interface Driver. But when i try to install that a window appeared and said that i don't have all the software to install it. Does anyone know which software I have to install before i can install that? (ps: I found the Intel Management Engine Interface Driver with the self search because only the the BIOS update is found in the automatic search for updates and drivers)

You might need to right click the start button and select "Programs and Features". Select Turn Windows Features on or off. Enable Microsoft .Net 3.5. Then try to install the latest Intel Management Engine Interface (11.0.6.1194):
