1210S, projector not working

Hi,

We have employed around 30 dell projectors in our school. One of the projectors having model 1210S has a constant amber light on lamp and temperature. The model is purchased in 2015 so I still expect it to be under warranty. My express service code and service tag is  not registered so I cannot get support from phone. Can any one throw light on what can be my next step?

If the light is solid amber you will need to replace the lamp. You can call the Dell Spare Parts Department below to purchase a lamp. 1-877-717-3355.To register your projector with Dell you can click the link below.

exchange lamp or lamp ballast or fan may can fix.  lamp led usually is lamp or ballast problem. temperature led is fan problem. Feel free to ask if you need techinal support or parts, I'm a projector repair man, I have a eBay store(lamp-book), you can contact me there.
