Another 2300mp owner experiencing the same problem with the unit not turning on.  Started with intermittent color problems, the unit shutting down, and giving a lamp trouble light.  Now the unit will not start up at all.  Seems like a lot of people have the same problem, but the Dell respresentatives act as if they have never heard of this?  Has anyone been successful in getting the problem fixed through Dell or a local technician?

Time to time it showed same symptoms, but this time it is gone. Green light was on about two minutes and then started blinking and finally lamp light was on. So I was wondering new lamp was also defective. However we have another 2300MP and try the new bulb which was working fine. So I concluded it is the machine problem. Now I got ownership transfer issue which was not done by my previous owner whom I do not have any information. I have to wait until it goes thru.
