I too have had problems using the page up and page down buttoms. They worked for a while then mysteriously quit. All other buttoms function perfectly, There is nothing on the menu to except the factory reset that even remotely pertains to Page up/down. I have used three remotes and three sets of cables , none work. All three of our 2200 mp devices are experiencing this problem. If anyone has found a solution to this 'bug', please let me know. Thanks.

I do not understand list the cables. All cables are attached. The same remote was working
earlier. now it is stopped. We have changed the remote, batteries etc. no luck.
