Might want to look up "rainbow effect" certain percentage of population can see them with dlp projectors . has to do with how the projector makes video using dlp mirrors and a spinning rgb color wheel, most people cant see the effect (or barely)but for some it totally annoying(people are sometimes wired different). i can see them if i shake my head side to side real fast (seriously im not a dork) but luckily i dont have to watch movies that way :emotion-2: "The fix" put up with it or sell the projector and either get a dlp with a faster-more segmented color wheel or lcd projector. good luck S.

How many hours are on the bulb?

It is a 1200hr bulb and there are about 700 left
