Poweredge R320 issue with Seagate st1000nx0363 SAS

I bought two 1TB Seagate st1000nx0363 SAS due to lack of storage space on the original drives.  When I added them they pick up as 115G and blocked.  I have looked at the firmware/driver page for the R320 and didn't find a compatible option.  Any suggestions?

The controller puts a drive into a blocked state when there is a communication issue. That can be due to feature set differences like supported block size or an inability of the two devices to exchange information in a timely manner or at all. Updating firmware on the controller and drive is a first step in resolving communication issues between the two devices.

Our firmware is designed for use with Dell EMC certified drives. If you are not using our drives then you should check the manufacturer's site for firmware.

For your situation, it looks like a feature set compatibility issue. The specifications I am able to locate for that drive list it as 4Kn block size. I'm not sure which storage controller you are using, but I doubt the controller supports 4Kn block size. The R320 is 12th generation, 13th generation is when 4Kn support was added to the majority of our storage controllers. You can check the manual of your controller for more information.
