Do you mean that I will only get support in Dell Help (for a dedicated servers system for dell servers)?
I'm not getting help from microsoft?

Hello Mike2022,
If I understand then you are correct. If you purchase OS as OEM with the server the OS support can be provided by Dell. Support from front line technicians also require and active warranty contract.
If it is retail or other then you would try to get OS support from Microsoft.
