RecoverPoint/SE 3.5 SRM 5 - Failed to create Snapshot

Hi,

we recently installed SRM 5 with RP SRA 2.0 and vcenter + vsphere5 hosts.

RecoverPoint/SE version is 3.5.

As storage we use two VNX5300 unified.

Right now we have a single CG conatining one replicated lun from site1 to site2.

On the RP Consistency Group settings we have "managed by SRM"  and "ESX" as host OS.

Once configured the SRM side, we perform a test and receive this error:

The error  states that RP failed to create snapshot. There is any configuration related to snapshots that we are missing?

We are not able to find any info in docs about that.

Any help woul be appreciated. Also if you can provide any detailed SRM+RecoverPoint guide it would be appreciated a lot!
