There are no specific best practices in for Oracle and RP/SE. Do you mean Oracle and RP in general?

There is a technote on Oracle Replication with RP located here as a first start: https://support.emc.com/docu7899_Replicating_Oracle_with_EMC_RecoverPoint_Technical_Notes.pdf?language=en_US
It's a tad dated but still relevant from a replication perspective and how you would/could break out your DB recovery depending on what your needs are.
Utilizing ASM for Oracle would probably align up to a disk_group-to-consistency_group in RP depending on how you want to recover, apply logs, etc.
