How do I monitor the process on Linux servers with smart ip manager

Hello Experts

Using the SNMP service, I want to watch the service running on linux server.

I want to see the sshd service is.

The command output is as follows.

snmpwalk -v2c  192.168.1.1 -c deefefe! .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.4.2.1.2

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWRunName.11763 = STRING: "sshd"

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWRunName.11765 = STRING: "bash"

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWRunName.12949 = STRING: "sm_logerror"

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWRunName.12953 = STRING: "sm_serviced"

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSWRunName.13948 = STRING: "sshd"

To watch the service.

How should I do the Smarts application configuration.

Process monitoring functionality is provided by the ESM module, there is no way to do it using IP.

Smarts IP Manager cannot do the process monitoring. You would need to use the EMC Smarts ESM for that.
