Not able to see performance data in IT Performance reporter
Hi All,
I have recently installed IT Perfromance reporter.The data sources are SAM and AM-PM.
However I am able to see data from SAM (notifications) but not able to see the performance data from AM-PM.
The status of SAM and AM-PM in ITPR is shown as running and also "collecting data".
Could anyone please help.

Hello Surabhi,
The scenario you have described so far is quite general. Further troubleshooting will require more details about your environment and the problem symptoms. Moreover, the analysis of various logs for associated error messages will most likely shed more light on the situation.
Given this, I recommend that you raise a service request with EMC support to launch a formal in-depth investigation into this issue.
