Worker servers are missing
Dear Experts!
Our customer using SourceOne 7.2 SP5.
We installed two worker server and one of them is a master server.
We installed latest hotfix too.Both worker server has a console.
Archive services is configured.
We met the following error:
- Worker servers doesnt appearing in the S1 console when we are opening the S1 console first time.
Do you have any idea?
We restarted the services, rebooted several times, but we still have this kind of error.
SQL db is created and it is ok.We dont have any install issues and we are analyzing the logs too.

Hi Pal,
For workers to get registered SourceOne Job Dispatcher service needs to be able to update activity SQL database. If there is an issue you should be able to find in the logs for the service. Set LogVerbosity to 4 in registry editor under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EMC\SourceOne\TraceLogs\ExJobDispatcher.exe\Settings" and restart SourceOne job dispatcher service. Log file can be found in the Logs folder where SOurceOne components are installed.
You may open service request using support.emc.com site for quicker resolution by working with SourceOne support engineers.

Worker services are reinstalled, and it is working fine now.
