sharing archived messages on a network share between people
when copying/moving a email that has been archived by sourceone to a network share for others to look at, it still has the security of the user associated with the email message. (ie: if I move an archived message to the network, i'm the only one that can open it).
is there a way around this so a group of people can open up the old message?

Greetings,
If you have SourceOne Offline Access client installed, it has functionality of “restore on copy” and “restore on move”. This should be able to help you as full copy will be restored.
Thanks,

Greetings,
If user have offline Access installed, it will not only help you to "Restore on copy" and "Restore on Move“. This will create an orignal copy of the message on a network share and anyone can access this.
You can provide user shared mailbox. They can access any message forwarded to shared mailbox or moved or copied on shared mailbox.
Shared Mailbox can be added as additional Mailbox in outlook.
Provide users to have Full mailbox access to Shared Mailbox. Or delegate permission
Offline Access users must have all of the following Outlook permissions to access a shared folder:
• Delegate access to the mailbox. In the Outlook Delegate Permissions dialog box, the delegator must select Editor in the Inbox field.
• Reviewer permission on the top-level Mailbox - node in Outlook.
• Editor permission on the shared folder in Outlook.
Note: A delegated user does not need permissions on the SourceOne mapped folders. As
long as the delegator has permissions on the mapped folders and can access shortcuts
from the archive, then the delegated user can access the same shortcuts.
