Avamar software button greyed out

Question

Hi Guys, I'm 1 step away from installing Avamar package (19.1). I'ver transfered the Avamar avp package into the server. The package shows up as ready in the repo and ready to install however the install button is greyed out. I have no idea what to do.   CheersMo

Thank you, I had disabled Windows Event Log about two days ago and didn't know it was the issue.
