Best Practice for RAID 0 and defrag
I just bought an XPS3 with a 2x160 RAID0 stripe. What are the limitations (if any) and recommendations regarding running a defrag on the volume? Given that the data is striped and segments exist on both drives, is there a need, and can you do damage?
Thanks!

Should be no issue. Logically it looks like one drive. So the OS does not see it any different than normally. I normally run defrag not that offen and usually do it with no other task running. But I am running RAID 1.
