Can't burn data with SONIC

I keep getting this error when I try to burn data. I have a Dimm E510 and Sonic came bundled with it. I have tried burning on a couple of CD's no go! I have NEC-RW ND 3530A and TSST TS-H352C on my computer. Ihtink I have all updates from Dell update site. Should I reinstall Sonic?? Thanks.
