Cloned SSD but can't load supportassist os Recovery

I cloned my HDD using Macrium to an SSD.  Partitions seemed to have cloned properly and system boots.  I wanted to make sure the recovery partition worked so i tried to start Supportassist OS Recovery from
F12 menu.  When choosing Support Assist, the screen turns blue like it is trying to load, but there is no Menu and computer shuts down after about 30 seconds.

Any ideas on how to get it to work?  The original HDD has not been reformatted.

When I cloned my Dell 15 3565 HDD to an SSD, I could not access the SupportAssist OS Restore.  After retrying the clone and searching, I came across a post about an XML file that gives instructions to restore the computer.  When the drive was cloned (several times) for some reason it did not clone the REAgent.xml file in the C:/Windows/System32/restore folder.  There was one there but it was zeroed out.  I renamed the reagent.xml to oldreage.xml .  Then went to the original HDD, copied the xml file and pasted it into the C:/Windows/System32/restore folder on the SSD and it worked.
