D610 + Samsung HM120JC: Ultra DMA Mode problem

I have upgrade my Toshiba 60GB hard drive to Samsung HM120JC. But WinXP reports "Ultra DMA mode 2" on HDD ATA channel. The maximum interface transfer is ~28 MB/sec that limits HDD maximum surface read speed (~38 MB/sec). D610 chipset Intel 82801FBM (ICH5) supports UDMA Mode 5, Samsung HM120JC also supports UDMA Mode 5.
I already try to upgrate 82801FBM drivers from Dell and dirrect from Intel with no result.

On my desktop PC (Intel 82801EB) HM120JC works in UDMA Mode 5 with no problem....

My current configuration:
DELL Latitude D610
BIOS revision A03
HDD Samsung HM120JC, firmware revision YL100-12
OS WinXP Professional Service pack 2
82801FBM driver version 7.0.0.1011 from 10.01.2005

Anybody please help to resolve this problem!
Thanks in advance
