Dell GX60 Hard drive installation

Hi all im new to the forum and have a problem, i haved a optiplex gx60 that when it came to me it didnt have a hard drive i have put a 120 gb drive in that was recognised straight away, i have installed a new copy of xp pro on it, my issue with it is on boot up it comes up with the normal dell screen with the f2 and f12 then posts, then goes into some utility called pc cure v3.1 max asking to install the hard drive and enter some disc, this comes up every boot, i have search the net with no luck! does anyone have any ideas???
