Device driver for the TEAC CD-W224E

Hello,

I have tried searching high and low for a device driver for this drive, that Dell tech support sent to me as an upgrade to replace my older drive (a toshiba cd/dvd combo that had problems)

While this one is (almost) working completely, I still have the fundamental problem that it will not play DVD's, or play computer games. It can read the media, and install software. I have reinstalled my video card drivers, and I have reformatted my computer within the past month.

I believe that finding a proper device driver for this media will solve the problem, but I am not sure. Either way, I'd like an updated driver aside from what windows installed for me.
