HLDS GCC-4481B Driver
I'm slowly losing patience trying to fix this problem: I downloaded an updated my dell's chipset drivers in hope to fix a problem with one of my usb devices. Well it has at least seemed to fix the usb problem, it has created others. When setting up some files to burn to a cd, I noticed that the drive under the "sent to" right-click menu has disapeared. Thinking that was kinda odd, I just dragged the files to the blank cd's folder. After getting all the files ready for a burn, I click the "Write these files to a cd" button, which now does nothing more than make a noise and not do anything. I restarted my computer, but this had no effect on fixing any problems. So, I checked the propertise, which I noticed. are now nothing more than generic Window's drivers for both my Samsung SC-148C and my HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4481B. Searching for the drivers just shows that nothing can be found. I cannot find any information oh where to find drivers, or where i even first I got them->since i installed this drive myself fine a year and a half ago. All the documentation that came with it (that I can find) is useless. So what in the world happended to my drive's drivers?

drives use. Do your drives show in My Computer? Do they show in the
Device Manager? If so, right-click one of the drives in the Device
Manager and select Properties. Is there an Error Code?
