Hard Drive repair Tool

Hi
Is some one know about any good Hard drive repair tools which can remove the bad sectors or so.
on net i cam across two tools : hard drive mechanic & PC beginner. Let me know if someone have used these.
 
Actually I have got my note book hard drive crashed and not able to format at all. my notebok is dell inspiron 8200 and hard disk is 60 gb ATAPI.
 
it would be great someone can tell me the site where i can look for such tools.

Even if you can lock out (not remove, lock out) the bad sectors, more will develop and you'll eventually lose data.

Replace the drive - once it shows bad sectors, it is failing.
