There is no Latitude model 13. Can you check that please? It is XPS 13? If so, I need the specific model number.

You need to go to downloads and get the Dell diagnostic utility. Run the download and create a bootable CD or flash drive, then boot the system with that and run the diagnostics on the hard drive.

My mistake. Here is the download for the Latitude 13 diagnostics. This can be used to prepare a bootable flash drive or CD in order to run the diagnostics.

Hello, well I did it all. Bootable usb flash disk started to run a diagnostic. i let to do the proper one so all com. is working...except the hard drive. When i choose the custom test and test the hard drive it was a same like when i run the proper one. it made dignose for flash disk. i then remove the flash disk and started to do the cusom test again, but then there was no posible to test the hard drive becouse it shows none.

So the computer during the test did not shows any error and it think that bootable flash disc is the hard drive.

Well hope understood me well, sorry english is my second language so it not clear some time.

Anyway. it is realy weird, computer running on flash discs with no problem, i tried Ubuntu linux on it and it works, but when ever there is no flash disc it shows me the same text like always. 

Aby other idea what to do ?????

I would contact Dell about replacing that hard drive under warranty.

my laptop not working..I am getting error code as following when I run diagnostic test

error code:0333,0146

msg error code:2000-0146,2000-0333

msg hard drive 0-self test log contains previous error(s)

,graphic test failure

Please test your hard drive using the Dell diagnostics on your Dell drivers and utilities disc. 

To test your hard drive using your Dell Drivers and Utilities disc:
1. Reboot your system. When you see the Dell logo, hit F12 to enter the boot menu.
2. Insert the Dell Drivers and Utilities disc in your CD/DVD drive.
3. Pick the option to boot from the CD/DVD drive.
4. You will be prompted to hit any key to continue booting from the CD/DVD drive.
5. You will be prompted to hit 1 to run the Dell diagnostics. You may see two such menus.
6. Select Test System.
7. Select Custom Test.
7. Use the arrow keys or mouse to select your hard drive.
9. Click Run Tests.
10. Write down any error messages.
