Primary IDE Master Hard Drive Self Monitoring System

When I boot up my PC I'm receiveing the following message:

 

"NOTICE: The primary IDE Master Hard Drive SELF MONITORING SYSTEM has reported that a parameter has exceeded its normal operating range.  Dell recommonds that you backup your data regularly.

 

A parameter out of range may or may not indicate a problem.

 

Strike F1 key or F2 to enter the system setup."

 

I usually hit F1 and the sysem boots up as normal and I notice nothing wrong.  Should I be concerned?  The system is only 10 months old.

 

I should probably note that I have a second IDE hard drive that I added to the system myself which is rather old - it's possible that it's referring to that drive instead of the SATA drive that came with the system???  How do I tell?  Or since it says "primary IDE master hard drive" does that means it's talking about my secondary drive which is an IDE and not my primary that came with the system which is a SATA drive?
