Restore to factory setting fails

I have all the disks with me.
The OS disk, the driver and utility disk.

I put the OS disk in the drive. I start the pc, I press F8 vigorously.
I can not restore it to a certain point because no such point have been made. (recovery point)

How do I delete all the information on my pc, so that i can proceed with instalment.
The end goals is factory settings.

Since you have your Windows disc, you can perform a clean installation of the operating system. Please follow my link below for the OS installation procedure.

Hi Imaknight,

You are not following the correct procedure. You do not need any discs to restore the factory hard drive image. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Turn on the computer, after the Dell logo press F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu (Advanced Startup Options).
  2. In Advanced Boot Options, highlight Repair Your Computer and press Enter.
  3. Click Next and logon to the administrator account in the computer.
  4. Click Dell DataSafe Restore and Emergency Backup and DataSafe Options.
  5. Choose Restore without preserving new or changed file. Click Next to continue.
  6. Choose Yes and click Next to continue.
  7. Progress status will appear. Click Restart to initiate the restoration process.

Step4 is where it goes wrong.
There are no options like that.
Do I need to install any software like dell data restore and where could i find it?

I probably didn't install them when I restored evrything to factory seconds before.
