Roxio Burn
I inserted a CD-RW in my drive and the little icon shows up on the lower right corner and says "Click here to learn what you can do with Roxio Burn." When I click on that I get the error message:
ROXIO BURN HAS STOPPED WORKING. A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY. WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND NOTIFY IF THERE IS A SOLUTION.
I never get a solution, I just keep getting this error and can't do anything with Roxio Burn. HELP! I have Windows 7 on a Dell 1749 Studio Laptop TAG #<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy> which is less than 1 year old.

Don't click on the icon. Just use Roxio from the Start menu.

I burned a CD/DVD disk with my Dell windows 7 LAPTOP. After I saw an inscription captioned
ROXIO BURN HAS STOPPED WORKING. A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY. WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND NOTIFY IF THERE IS A SOLUTION.
Since then I never got any solution.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Roxio.
