Roxio Creator Starter Download
It isn't the most crucial thing.
I never got a disc for reinstalling this application, is there anywhere I can download it?
I can get my licence key by going to about this software.

Hi Natakuc4,
For recent models, Dell provides "My Dell Downloads", which includes software that came with your system for which no discs were provided. Otherwise, you can always order a set of replacements discs.

Thanks for the very prompt response, this is a very nice new feature. I will just download everything although not to sure if I will ever use the Dell Stage Software.

Unfortunately the only thing showing there for my Duo doesn't apply because they did not send the docking station that shows on my invoice. None of my software is listed and my factory.wim is apparently corrupt or damaged because nothing actually installs. Any suggestions in my case?
