Sony CD_RW CRX216E not working in Dimension 8400
CD goes in, lights go on and then nothing. The device manager says:no CD installed.

This problem can be solved by following the article in the CD/DVD FAQ under "code 39 error". Follow the guided help in the MS article linked there.

But that did not work. I have also tryed a reset that and that did not work.
