SupportAssist OS Restore not working on cloned SSD

Hello, i got one friend who bought one sata SSD to replace his HDD on his Dell G3 I cloned the the 1TB HDD to a 480GB SSD(resized OS partition to fit) but then SupportAssist OS Restore don't work. I tried this https://www.dell.com/community/Storage-Drives-Media/Cloned-SSD-but-can-t-load-supportassist-os-Recovery/td-p/7270066 didn't worked and every reboot the ReAgent.xml file get zeroed out. tried to adjust the offset on the file to match the resize but with no luck, anyone can help me solve this?
