When booting i get a black screen with a blinking cursor

Hey DellForms,

recently i have been having a problem with the booting of my computer it used to say that something was wrong with my disc and that ctrl alt delete would restart my pc normally (that worked) so after a few days of using that, the error message dissapeared and all i got was a black screen with a blinking cursor.

im not that super good with a computer but i managed to get this for you guys 

Also i'm pretty sure that the problem lies within the disc-drive wich wont open anymore
