Windows can't access hard drive to run Check Disk
Just tried to run a check disk on my I-9300 hard drive (100G). After rebooting to the "blue screen,"
I get a message saying, "Windows can not open volume for direct access." Then then system completes the boot operation. Since the the first attempt, I get the same blue screen message every time the system boots.
Also tried running chkdsk from the command line, but system responds with "windows can not access the volume" (C).
I'd appreciate any suggestions!
