esata on vostro 460
Hi.
Inside the PC there are 4 SATA ports used.
3 HD on RAID 5
1 DVD
I have connected a HD to esata, behind, with an esata to sata cable.
The PC ignore it.
If I connect the HD to CD rom sata, it see it. (Same power supply)
What the possible cause?

Hi GiorgioClimb,
Is the eSATA port enabled in the BIOS? Is there a power cable connected to the drive?
