how to find ssd size

hi

i bought a dell inspiron 14z 5423 ultrabook . it say's it has 32 gb ssd  and the ssd is shown in bios as liteonite 32 but in device manager it shows capacity of 8 gb when i do populate volumes in device manager

i don't know what is the problem is there a way to find the actual size of my ssd?

It is 32 (decimal) gigs.  That's about 29 gigs in binary.  the 8G you see is the rapid start partition - the rest is used as a cache for the main hard drive.

but can  i install fresh windows 7 0r 8 in ssd my ssd ...?

Not to a 32G drive, no - that's too small.
