i need install win server 2003 in a server precesion 490

hello, somebody can help me, i need to format a dell prececision 490 workstation, it have intalled windows xp but i neeb to install win 2003 server but i can´t.

 

the hd is a raid, when i insert the disc of win 2003 server i prees f6 and i insert a dissket with the controller of sas raid for xp, after all it show that it can`t not detec la hard drive, i don´t now why..
