negatives/BenQ dw1620 ?

After much shopping on-line and off, the BenQ dw 1620   (double layer dvd+r dvd-r etc.)   from newegg at $62 -$8 rebate, with software, seems to be my choice to update my older P-3 450. Software is Sonic Recordnow 7.2 and Intervideo cinima 6, certainly not as good as Nero or others but enough for me I think. Earned a best buy from PCWorld's top ten.   

Has anyone had a negative experience with BenQ drives or the supplied software?    Thanks
