Cannot reach ECC, CertificateExpireException

After installing the XMS GUI for ExtremIO I can no longer bring up ECC due to a CertificateExpireException.  During the install of the GUI it does ask about installing a new root CA and the timing coincides.  Tried from another system that doesn't have the XMS GUI installed and it gets the same error.  Also tried from the server running ECC and got the same error. I'm trying to decommission the DMX3-950 and this isn't helping.

Error:

The EMC ControlCenter server on host mtrecc01 is unreachable.

SSL HandshakeException:

java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException:NotAfter:

Thanx

Found that on the ECC server the Tomcat certificate expired.  I do not know how to renew this certificate.

Managed to create a new Tomcat certificate with an expiration date of 2018.  Just not sure how to apply it.
