ECC :No storage agent for symmetrix

Helllo Lombeni:

when you go to agents view and look at the symm agent, you see no symms responsible for that agent?

go to that symm agnet box and run

symcfg discover

symcfg list

make sure you see the symms in question.

also check the gatekeepers on that host

do a

syminq

make sure you have at least 10-12 gatekeepers on that host to the symm.

If you are still having issues, feel free to open a Service request with eccc support
