AlienWare Support Assist Unable to Create a Support Request
Hi Y'all,
I hope everyone is being and doing well in this crazy time.
Does anyone know if Dell/AlienWare Support Assist is up and running? I have tried contacting them through the AlienWare Support Assist app but it always says that they are unable to create my support request at this time.
I have hearing problems so I don't use the phone too much anymore.
TIA, for any help or news.

All I had to do is change the topic to "Other" and it went through. It must be a screening thing lol.

Dell Pro Support Assist next business day is what I paid for. The parts are now promised 4/20/2020. I am hunkered in because of the virus and need to order food and other vital items. How about Dell doing better than 4/20/2020.
This is not acceptable, because, the Dell Pro Support is supposed to have PC problems resolved and service provided next business day. Therefore, please provide a new replacement PC as soon as possible so that I can get on with running my business.
I have in the past and presently hold Dell in high esteem and also your response to computer problems for your customers, which is why you rate so high with the public. I didn't get the last problem with this computer which I like resolved completely. It would sure help me to keep a positive attitude when deciding to buy my next Dell with you and recommending my friends to you.
