Alienware M15 help

Hello,

So I have noticed my computer has been acting extremely sluggish for a bit (Alienware M15 i7-8750h, 8gb ram, 1tb hdd, Nvidia gtx 1060 gtx). So I did a fresh install through Alienwares suite to try and solve it. It took two times as the first fresh install corrupted. 

After the fresh install I have only installed a few games. Modern Warfare, Starcraft 2, Heroes of the Storm, and Star Wars the Old Republic. 

SWTOR is basically unplayable, 1fps at times (the engine  in that game so that can be a first thought, but it jumps around and is never good)

HOTS is very bad. Like 12 fps or fewer with many complete freezes in game, while on medium settings. Used to play it on ultra. 

SC2 is horrible. <20 fps on low. 

MW is unplayable, but that might just be true because of the system specs. 

I have tries running support assist, it detects no issues. I regularly have 100% disc usage. And Memory usage is at 75% almost always even just now when all I have open is Microsoft edge. 

Anyone have any advice? I have updated, updated Nvidia drivers. Ran Update troubleshooter, disabled windows fetch,nothing works.
